Thinking of taking a dip into fantasy and really like the Beastment look/feel. The big blocks form a killing line, and the smaller Gor units ambush to get into flanks, archers, and war machines. Would like to possible get some chariots or warhounds, but points got tight. Let me know what you guys think.

Well first of all, gratulations on choosing Beastmen. Secondly I would dump the Ungors they are not worth the point in such amounts. And why two units of 13 Gors? I would rather incorperate them into your big units of Gors and give all the Gors ADHW just so you can dish out more attacks, that shiekd save is not going to save alot of Gors anyways.
I would use the points from the Ungor herd if you decide to drop it on more Gors or some Ungor raiders with shortbows.
But except from that the list looks alrigth

I look at your list and two alarms start to go off.
1. You have no BSB which is a must in a Beastmen army
2. You have three mages but no herdstone? see if you can't fit one in

Agree with the above, since Primal Fury is leadership based and what sets us apart from the flat faces is primal fury a BSB is so important. I could see ambushing 20 gor, nothing more than you are willing to lose.
I do see the herdstone on the GBS but I think you need more defense on the shaman, I like the armor on the Beast Lord but I cringe at the thought of not having a ward save on your general. I'd feel better if those big gor blocks and bestigor were sitting at 40, horde them out you want max attacks and 30 does not leave much of a buffer. You need some chaff/redirectors like harpies, razorgor and ungor raiders.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
