I like the paint job, the gold could do with a highlight, and the skin some more definition, either darker in the folds or lighter on the peaks.

Looks awesome, love that model. For opinions, you need some washes/inks/glazes on the armour. A nice chestnut with maybe a hint of red or oj. I would also hit the skin with a dark glaze to give it some depth and a red/chestnut wash in those wing crevasses. That model looks really nice when their is strong contrast between the folds/tears,
