Landspeeder’s suicide melta high value targets, Librarian goes with a the apothecary squad. Preds provide long range support and draw fire from the bikes. Sammael will provide support where needed.

Ld9 librarian is pretty bad. He also means the bikes can not scout.

Ravenwing is all about MSUs. This is forced on you in many ways.
Bikes work well with plasma guns as this keeps them out of assault range.
The cc weapons are not so important as with fearless and little attacks they will probably die from any assault, meltabombs could be useful however.
3 bikes with double plasma is a nice high concentration of killness. If you dilute to 6 bikes with double special weapon you should make use of the land speeder which is scoring.

The only cost effective fast choice is three typhoons, this have to be in separate units.

Your preds will be shot to pieces as it is likely your bikes will be refuse flanking/outflanking leaving your preds sitting there to be the sole target of all lascannons. Just take more speeders and bikes.
