Pretty self explanatory.

Just name the game, what you want and why it should be changed.

For example:

Rainbow Six. Give the character a Knife or something to fight with. Why? Because it's too often that I find me and a Tango stood next to each other reloading, dammit!

Yeah that bugs me, supermutants I can understand as they are pretty much orks but normal raiders surviving multiple shots to the head is mad.

Mine would be minecraft and the lack of small blocks for circuitry and decoration.

Mass Effect 2, the ability to leap over a barricade without having to crouch down in front of it first.

Team Fortress 2, get rid of all this hat crap. If only so I can get people to stop begging me for my apparently high-prestige hat that I got for owning a Valve game. (Can anyone explain why the Bill Hat is so coveted? I've gotten literally dozens of people asking me to trade it off)

For most games it would have to be release them when they are ready!

Metro 2033 - Open ended gameplay.
For a game that feels like a open ended survival horror game, it is depressingly linear. The check points don't help matters. (I think there were anyway. It's been a while.

Crysis 2- fix the alien AI bug. Fix that fact that YOUR SHADOW REMAINS VISIBLE WHEN YOU GO INVISIBLE! Too many times have cloaked online players been betrayed by their shadows on the floor.
