Finally, some actual zombies and BOWs. I was getting tired of the direction they were taking the games in.
There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

Ya, I hated the ouroburos in 5, the Las Plagas in 4 was a bit better, but not much. I still don't like the walking and shooting their putting into 5, and Racoon city. It makes it feel more like a shooter, instead of a survival horror game.
ANd I guess RE is continuing its transition to an action series? Not that I mind. Maybe Capcom will finally catch up with the rest of the world and let me move while I shoot things.
Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.
Hopefully forced co-op/horrible AI won't be a problem with this game. Trailer has me pumped and wanting download RE4 off of live. The action looks a whole lot better and the tension and atmosphere look great. Can't wait to play this.

Oh my god........Sheva was the most ridiculously stupid AI to ever be in a video game........my spine still shivers at the thought of her not being able to hit a zombie that's right in front of her.......
"Chris, that crazed man knocked off a sliver of your health. Here, let me use this First-Aid Spray on you."
Shabuir, I wanted to execute her myself.

Dead Space is full on Survival Horror, and yet you could still move and shoot.

Capcom has officially announced Resident Evil 6. The game will be produced by Hiroyuki Kobayashi, who previously produced Resident Evil 4.
It will be coming on November 20th to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and a PC version will follow later. The game will feature both single-player and co-op gameplay. According to Capcom, the game's story is as follows: "It has been ten years since the Raccoon City incident and the President of the United States has decided to reveal the truth behind what took place in the belief that it will curb the current resurgence in bioterrorist activity. Due to be by the President's side is his personal friend and Raccoon City survivor, Leon S. Kennedy, but when the venue suffers a bioterrorist attack, Leon is forced to face a President transformed beyond recognition and make his hardest ever decision. At the same time, Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance member Chris Redfield arrives in China, itself under threat of a bioterrorist attack. With no country safe from these attacks and the ensuing outbreaks, the entire world's population is united by a common fear that there is no hope left." Resident Evil 6 will also receive pre-order bonuses at GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon. According to Capcom, each retailer "will each get an exclusive map that will function with various modes in the game."
Earlier this week, we broke the news that a viral site teased the announcement of Resident Evil 6, using the tagline "No Hope Left" and depicting a biohazard sign on graffiti and billboards. Videos hinted at a post-apocalyptic story, and the site was later tied to Capcom through its Whois data and billboard advertisements.

From whom are unforgiven we bring the mercy of war.
Awww feth yea! That looks really good. I was really digging some of the (what seemed like anyways) new game mechanics they added. And wats the big deal about being able to move and shoot? Its more realistic. I sure as hell wouldnt be standing static with fething flesh eaters heading at me
Personally I had a hard time following what was going on in the trailer or what the actual mechanics are. What I did get was this game seems batsh*t insane. And that's great, the crazier the better! Zombie President is already a major win in my book. Also Leon returning is great he's probably my favourite RE protagonist.

I honestly hope it IS bat gak insane. I mean REALLY, if you were in YOUR city, where you live, and 90% of the people that lived there, became infected.......how many Zombies do you think would be there? a small handfull at a time like most the Zombie style games to date? OR a gak ton, like in that trailer
Another reason why I really liked Dead Nation, that game just gets nuts, quick
It looks like the game is going to have several protagonists, which is a plus. RE5 might have been better if Chris and the chick whose name I've just now forgotten how to spell had their own game sections.

I liked RE5, I just didn't think it was a particularly great game. I actually didn't mind the AI I just didn't like the controls cause Capcom won't stop living in the late 90's
I enjoyed RE5, then again I played the entire thing in Co-Op with my brother. I never had to deal with the AI so maybe my opinion is invalid.

Yeah, the part on the ship was awesome, the part in the plane was a perfect ending, sans Volcano landing, and the bit at the Volcano was just horrific.....
