Khan will jump in the crusader with the Terminators. Everything can outflank excluding the preds and dreadnought. I gave up the plasmas on the tact squads to save points, and because I always ended up killing my sarges.
With Khan his unit has Furious Charge and Hit & Run. Making the Lighting Claw Terminators have 4 Strength 5 Initiative 5 with re-rolls to wounds power weapon attacks on the charge. Then I can Hit & Run to charge again. The Idea is to not slaughter the entire squad, just gimp it then Hit & Run back into the raider on my turn and take off. Although completely wiping an entire squad isn't horrible either.
Math hammer says charging, I should take out 5 TH/SS Terminators before they get to strike.
The Tac squads are there to hold objectives, I gave them melta bombs so they can do somthing If I see a lonely tanks just asking for it. The two preds are there for knocking out medium-heavy armor while the Assault Cannons can rip apart AV 10-11. In a pinch, massed assault cannons can even take out AV 13-14.
