I have an abundance of the Lord of the Rings miniatures and want to start playing SBG again, since I left it many a year ago in pursuit of 40k.

My question is, what is a good points level to aim to play at?

I can make lists for almost any points level with only a few things to add but I'm curious as to what points level most people would play.

Also, I plan on making a Grey Company list in case this is relevant.

i'd say about 500 pts.

you'll have plenty of models, and wont loose track very much, as every model is played induvidually.

if you think a 500 pt army is too small, try 700/750 pts.

over a thousand pts isn't really something i'd do. just too many models.

I'm not sure wether that is a sword... it's more like a letteropener, really.
