Is their scale right for the game????

Well...aesthetically no, but that is because of GW's goofy 'heroic scale' proportions. Even Forgeworld stuff doesn't look right because they sculp to a more realistic scale.

Gameplay wise, yes, their 28mm stuff is the correct scale. You are only going to notice the problem when you put the two models right next to eachother.
