HQ –
Imotekh the Stormlord
Total - 225
Elites –
Deathmarks
Triarch Stalker (unsure about upgrades, the twin link gauss cannon looks quite nice!)
Lychguard
w/ Night Scythe dedicated transport
w/ dispersion shields and hyper phase swords
Total - 570
Troops –
2 x 10 Warriors
w/ 2 x Ghost Arks
5 Immortals
Total - 575
A grand total of 1370!
Now, I am quite new to the gamin aspect. So just for a few friend games, I'm not looking to win any tournaments. That being said I'm sure there's many improvements and changes to be made (by many I mean a very large amount!). With an addition 130 points, obviously!
From what I understand Imotekh seems the best HQ choice? Now, don't be gentle, as I said I'm quite new to the gaming side!

Looks like a fun way to get to know our friendly egyptian space robots!
If I have any criticism, it falls into necron's trap of being very good at fighting infantry, when the necrons get to decide the terms of engagement. This means you are a little light on answers to other big questions like, highly mobile units, tanks and monstrous creatures. This also means you are giving your opponent a lot of ability to neuter you, if he has the ability to avoid some of your optimal situations. You'll figure all this stuff out pretty quickly in doing though!
I'd try to work in some more str 8/9 shots in there, or at least a couple mobile anti tank attacks in there. Necrons have got a lot of them.
Just my two cents!

I think the addition of two Annihilation Barges. As well as taking out the Deathmarks, they don't seem worth it in a 1500 list.
It seems like a better choice to spread out the fire power rather then going with either a Doomsday Arch or a Doom Scythe.
That leaves 45 points, which could be filled by two Tomb Blades I'm thinking.

Not a bad start, though room for improvements.
Stormlord isn't doing a fat lot in this list, just taking it night fighting which also harms you. A single solar pulse would buy you enough time to get close.
Triarch Stalkers like any vehicle should always come in pairs. Keep the heat ray, Necrons don't get much melta weaponry.
I would add another Night Scythe in there, give it to the Immortals.
Two Annihilation Barges would be sweet.
