I was wondering. Commissar Yarrick has x attacks at x initiative. He has a power fist (klaw) so does this mean ALL of his attacks are counted from the power fist and at initiative 1?

I only ask as someone in Warhammer World (staff) stated if a character has a power weapon ALL attacks are counted as power attacks. But since the rules for a power fist are different to a regular power weapon i wasnt sure.
