Does a Talos with Chainflails get 2d6+1 (take the highest d6) or does it get 2d6 attacks (again take the highest d6). The talos has the extra CCW for 15 points and then replaced 1 with chain flails for 10. I think it is the 2d6+1 but want to make sure. Thanks.

Yup... 2d6+1 in this case...

Chain flails are described as a special close combat weapon so yes, the extra +1 should apply

You would roll 2 D6 for attacks, take the higher of the dice, and add +1
