GW sells several flesh coloured paints, elf flesh, dwarf flesh and others. I find that dwarf flesh covers most human flesh requirements but for an IG force I am considering ethnic diversity in the ranks. Can anyone point me in the right direction for painting models like so?

Washes on top and blends of paints.
There's an article on CMON about it.

Even among caucasians, there is enough diversity that a single flesh toned paint just doesn't cut it.

Look at various browns. Scorched Brown, Calthan Brown, Bestial Brown, Vermin Brown, Tallarn Flesh, Dark Flesh, heck even Bleached Bone.

There are lots of colours out there to mix and create different skin tones.
