Subject: Logan Grimnar Finecast: Smaller Scale Compared to Other Models?

So I just bought a Finecast Grimnar, and he seems (no he is) smaller than other terminators (my Wolf Guard and Njal). If anything, he should be larger (like Calgar). Anyone else have this problem? Did I just get a dud model, or is this prevalent? Is there a metal version of him that's a proper size?

Do you have a metal one or does someone you know have one?
Logan IIRC is from 3rd edition before the new termis came out when most termis were based on the old 2nd edition models when marines were a bit shorter.
So he might actually be scaled smaller like Abbadon and other 2nd edition termis.

That's unfortunate, if that's the case. Any idea about the likelihood of model updates for these older edition models like Grimnar and Abbadon?

This is pretty much it. He was actually quite big compared to the 2nd edition termies and was sized appropriately with the "larger" 3rd edition termie characters like the generic PW/ SB captain.

KK speaks the truth. Logan Grimnar, like Abaddon, Stern and the Terminator Captain model, suffers from a Napoleon complex because his sculpt dates from before Terminators were upscaled to require 40mm bases.
Edit: as to resculpts, we're all still waiting for them. For now, you'd be better off kitbashing any of the above characters from plastics.
