Necromancers with zombies is something you may want to reconsider, they get eaten by combat res and unstable.
lvl2 with master of the dead would be your general (I assume) which could be problematic.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

I was intending the Wight King to be the general

For a VC army, the General MUST be a Wizard, and MUST use the Lore of Vampires, so no Wight general.
3 level 2s probably wont get you that far in a 2k game, you should probably think about taking a Lvl 4 master necro (they are awesome). Stick him with the grave guard along with the wight king (btw, drop the shield, give him AHW, more chances for a 6 to pop up on the to wound roll).
Regarding the other 2 Necromancers, I would be tempted to put one on a corpse cart (they are awesomer) and hide JUST BEHIND your battle line (remember, when affected by any augment spell, the 'cart automatically gives ALL VC models within 6" ASF (which is the awesomest). Give this mounted Necromancer the Staff of Damnation, which is a bound augment spell that oh? Affects all undead within 6"? handy...
Combine this with the fact that with a lvl 4 and 2 lvl 2, you will know all of the VC spells, and get to have two IoN wizards.
Essentially, by the end of your magic phase, assuming your opponent fails to dispel any of your spells, you can have (potentially) ALL of your units:
rerolling misses in combat/re-rolling failed wounds in combat/ASF/+1 attack. Hmm, yes please.
Oh, try and fit in the Screaming banner on the Grave Guard. 3d6 fear tests...

To make this fit (you need to find 255 points) I would drop one unit of the Zombies, and ten zombies and the musician on the other (you arent gonna be winning any combats anyway, plus you can (and will) always raise more) = 165.
Dire Wolves are decent, but not vital, plus, zombies are a better screening unit; dogs will quickly outpace your general; and it is all to easy to kill 5 T3 no save models. Drop em, or at least 5. To keep 5 screening your Black Knights = 40.
So you now need 50 points. I would swap the Terrorgheist for a Varghulf. With a move of 8, its able to keep up on a flank, being a vampire it can still march even when on its own, admittedly not as tough as a terrorgheist but does more damage in combat (which is where it will be) very quickly.

my 2 cents anyway, got the guts of a really nasty list there.

What if I dropped the Wight King instead of replacing the Terrorgheist. Also how do I maintain 25% Core units after dropping the one unit of zombies and one unit of dire wolves?
