I have tried a few name generators and havn't really came up with anything good. The chapter i have created is an Imperial Fists succesor with a color scheme of Quatered bone and light green. Prefrence to long range warfare with strong ties to the adeptius Mechanicus any good name suggestions?

Given the ties to the Mechanicus, Iron some-thing-or-other.

The Iron Lance chapter. Iron links to the mechanicus and lance links it to long range combat.

Perhaps Iron brothers/Steel bretheren? Apostles of steel maybe? This might be more of a mechanized assault name but perhaps The Emperors arrows?

You could borrow a theme from the Iron Hands regarding their desire to eradicate any and all human weaknesses in the form of the machine, which also would not be out of place in the Imperial Fists philosophy. Perhaps 'Enlightened Sons?' It isn't a very good example but you could probably make a better variation of it.

I can kind of see the chapters history behind that. What if they were Iron Hands who were not with the legion when they turned to chaos and so seeing how deformed their brothers were the joined the Imperium?

Iron isn't always related to the Mechanicus though. Take for instance... the Iron Snakes.

My bad, i'm not good with names, but i mean the Chaos Legion with enfisis on vehicles, I don't remember which one it was though.

That kind of idea is a bad one since it's a fairly Mary Sue idea...

You need to fit something mechanical and something to do with the fists. Or you could ignore their heritage and go for their color, or any other element you like. Its really up to you.

The Brotherhood of Steel. Yes, I realize that's from Fallout, But they are like the Mechanicus and the Astartes combined, so it fits!

You don't need Iron to signify a connection the Ad Mechs, Sons of Medusa are a prime example.

Or the Mentors. As another example.

Just use any combination of Blood, Dark, Black, Knights, Steel, Iron, Storm, Angels, Wolves, Sons, Fists, Dragons, Emperor's and/or any random bird of prey and you should be good.

Or, if you feel like being fancy, do a bit of research into famous inventors/philosophers, and use "Sons of -" to start it.
The name of the inventor then becomes the name of your chapter's first Chapter Master or whatever.

^ mabye miss spell it to enphise the passage of time since the inventor's life time.
