It has been covered, but also cant find the thread.
Cover only if you gain cover regardless of los, firing model etc. This isbecause there is no firing model, and no los, ever drawn

The same thing goes for Mawloc's Terror from the Deep, but you get cover from that. . .

...because it was faq'd that you did
Until they chabge the rules ccurrently you can only gain a cover save thriugh are terrain, meaning no luck for vehicles

Models might get a cover save from something other than area terrain - just so long as it doesn't depend on LOS. Ork bikes Exhaust Cloud and any bike turbo boosting comes to mind.
As it stands now, I would say there are a few ways a vehicle could get a cover save.
Smoke launchers don't make much sense fluff wise, but RAW I think would give a 4+ cover.
Flat out movement grants obscured which is also a 4+ cover save.
I would say no to Tau Disruption Pods, but yes to the use of Decoy Launchers.

Disruption pod specifies that it protects against weapons Imotekh's ability is not a weapon, the decoy launcher would work but are not really relevant because they don't provide a cover save.
