It's got to be based on traffic, plus BandC severely limits itself by only dealing with power armor. I had lurked on BC much longer than DD, mostly because I was following Brother Edwards from Ex Libris Mortis.
BC fills a niche and not much more, while DD caters to a much wider base...I would "value" one above the other outside ad revenue because both have useful members with a wealth of information.
Plus where would I put my Eldar if not DD?
