Just wondering what scene really hit you in a movie. I mean we all have our favorites be it an intense action scene or a scene that actually struck you as a moment you've had in your life where your jaw just hit the ground and thought "Were they following me when that happened?"
I saw 500 days of summer about a year back and this one scene really stood out for me, for those that have seen it - the expectations vs reality scene:
No i haven't went through a break up or anything at all recently so i'm not making an emo post Just wanna see what other people enjoyed in movies... might be a good way to find new movies you might enjoy.

"The Imperium is nothing if not willing to go to any lengths necessary. So the Trekkies are zipping around at warp speed taking small chucks out of an nigh-on infinite amount of ships, with the Imperium being unable to strike back. feth it, says central command, and detonates every vortex warhead in the fleet, plunging the entire sector into the Warp. Enjoy tentacle-rape, Kirk, we know Sulu will." -Terminus
"This great fortress was a gift to the Blood Ravens from the legendary Imperial Fists. When asked about it Chapter Master Pugh was reported to say: "THEY TOOK WHAT!?""

That is pretty funny... I like the part in Independance Day just after Will Smith 'takes out' the alien fighter. Just starts cussing at it, punches it in the face, ties it up in a parachute and drags it across a desert whilst kicking it and still cussing at it. Brilliant.

So many to choose from this, the best of all films, but that scene is my favourite.
Runner Up:
Highlights the entirity of human history in one scene and yet seems to leave nothing out. Masterpiece.
n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee.
Man just one? Can't do it. Here are 3 scenes from movies I have recently watched.... again.
This is one of my favorite quotes and scenes from a movie, the movie was pretty good to for being cheesy. Also played by pro wrestler, Rowdy Rordy Piper.
"you should stay away from him"
"Yeah"
I always imagined that a real life zombie Apocalypse would play out pretty similar to Shaun of the Dead.

The kid's shirt at the end "S--- happens when you party naked" was commonly worn in my high school until it was banned.
