Just curious if anyone was aware of any Soviet tank battalion lists that utilize MEDIUM tanks as their primary combat companies and are NOT subject to Hen & Chicks. MW, LW, doesn't matter, just wondering if the "sophisticated tactics & radios" justification for not being subject to H&C is limited strictly to the Heavy tankos across every book.

Nope. Romanians either get too-small groups of purchased German or converted tanks (3 tanks per platoon; CANNOT be used to support their infantry units, which is historical) or a unit of Soviet tanks with H&C.

With the Soviets, if you go medium, then you get H&C.

What about the Tank Battalion from River of Heroes? I see no mention of the H&C rule in their brief.

Ok, so the SP Arty Regt is not effected by H&C as it states in their motivation and skill tab.

the Tank Bat. has no mention, so I guess they are still effected by it.

Correct. H&C is a national rule, so it applies unless there's another special rule that specifically nullifies it.
