One problem with eldar is they are very delicate. The army youv'e list seems to have alot of short ranged infantry in it but they are walking. I'd personally get a few wave serpents in the army.
Wraithlord's and war walker's are all pretty solid units that are good, and your hq choices are fairly strong, but as I said, you need something to get your short range units in range quicker. I'd probably take out the harlequins to put them in.
If you want to stay with a focus on foot troops, I'd put in striking scorpions and dark reapers

I am going to disagree with BaneGuard's advice. I run a Avatar, 3 Wraithlord footdar list and it has served me very well.

What I did was focus my list around the Wraithlords, and this might not be a bad plan for you either. I had mine loaded out with Wraithswords and EML since my list was more...assault based. I think your loadout is fine, though I would suggest a 3rd Wraithlord.

This also made me aware of the wraithsight, so pretty much I had /alot/ or psykers in my list, and did Guardians over Dire Avengers because of this, including a unit of Storm Guardians to actually run with the Avatar.

Drop the Fire Dragons to either 5 guys or completily from your list. In a foot list, they are no very mobile and have a short range, though effective. I keep a 5 man squad as a defensive squad for Drop pod Dreads and the like, but understand that is what thier role probably will be. You could run them up with the Avatar and keep in his aura, and I could see them working out in this role, but understand you will want them /behind/ the Avatar so they don't get assaulted. To me, it just feels like such a waste to fire 10 melta guns at a vehicle....

The Harlis are awesome for me. Use Eldrad to Doom any unit they are about to attack and watch the Kisses destroy them. I would throw in two Fusion pistols on them though, just for some AV punch. I also give the Troop Master a PW.

Good luck!

Cutting the fire dragons in half frees up 80pts. I just dont have a clue where to put them. Maybe guardian jet bikes for turn 5 shenanigans?

How about a full squad of Wraithguard led by a Spiritseer with conceal? This unit is tough as nails. Eldrad could fortune them while they advance and Avatar + Harlies could be used for counterstrike when they get charged.

I really like that idea. Theyre a power house of a troop. The only bad thing about that is where to get the points for such? Scrapping a dire and fire squad gets me 280. Dumbing down the scatter lasers to shuricannons makes 340. Ten wraithguard is still 350.

Any suggestions of how to make them fit?

Edit: I had two units of Wraithguard at 5, but was short 25pts, so dropped the Warlock and added them together to make a troop (forgot to update the points from 175 to 350) and gave you a DA squad to fill out the points.

Oh... add Eldrad to the DAs to give him a unit to soak shooting wounds and so every infantry unit in the list has a Psyker for Wraithsight tests.
