I was reading somewhere that there's an achievement for FFXI on 360 that requires you to get a job to max level, which takes literally weeks upon weeks of gameplay time apparently and there's one for each job.

There's apparently another one for Mega Man 10 that has you complete the game without ever taking damage.
Complete a platformer.
Without ever being hit.
Go.
