what colors do you want, and how big of a banner do you want?

I only ask because if what you want isn't going to look good at the scale you want it, then it's not going to be worth anyone's efforts to photoshop it. Honestly, your design looks too complicated (and, depending on the colors, too colorful) to be a proper piece of heraldry.

It might be a good idea to brush up on your vexillology. A better standard design will make for a more satisfying result, regardless of who photoshops it.

I mean, both of these banners come from Germany. One would make a good banner, the other would not.
