Hi everyone

I've just joined today, and am looking forward to contributing to this great forum.

A friend and I are building mid-war armies, but have yet to fight our first battle. But in order to be ready for our first game, I began by building a piece of terrain for our board.

The gate tower is an underscale HO model and seems to fit very well size-wise to FoW figures. There is even room inside for two stands of infantry!

I've written about the construction of the model on my modelling blog with a lot of images here:

Amazing!

Mind giving a bit more information on the piece itself? I'd love to add that to my FoW terrain collection.

Nice!

Would you mind taking a pic of an infantry stand next to that wood shed behind the wall on the ground floor?

It's tough to get a feel of scale without some level scale shots.

Thanks!

Here's a couple of level shots:

Sorry about the unpainted figures, perhaps it is about time to paint those as well now the terrain is moving along

The kit is from the German company of Kibri. It has #8917 and was bought on the German eBay. There are two more sets in the series, each with a different kind of tower and walls.
