Subject: Painting Pale Skin

I've run into a bit of a roadblock with painting some of my renegades. I want them to have pale(r) skin than the average person to make them look a little more 'chaosy' without covering them in spikes and chains and the like. Trouble is I have no idea how to achieve an effect like this. I've looked online and it seems that all the tutorials I come across are too pale. They all pretty much follow the same path too. Dheneb stone, wash with black, raised areas in dheneb stone, maybe wash again etc. If I added a little elf flesh to the mix would it warm it up a bit color wise?
If anyone has suggestions or alternative methods feel free to post them up!

Elf flesh mixed with rotting flesh makes a very pale, sickly skin colour... literally just discovered this half an hour ago on a zombie by mistake

Take a look at the lines of paint that you find in craft stores, I found about 3 very light shades for pale flesh. I normally use them for dry brushing highlights but they do work well as the main color.

Kommando Khaki. That will give a very pallid skin tone. In fact, it pretty much washes out any colour you add it to.

Try light grey with a purple wash, then highlight with grey again and add some white for extreme edges. Gives a good, unnatural pale skin tone.
