What is the best way to bring near death gw paints back to life? I've used water before but sometimes i need something to break down the more solidified parts.

I've used rubbing alcohol to reconstitute paints. Just add a little bit, mix it up well, and then add water slowly as the alcohol evaporates.

Tamiya acrylic thinner and a stainless steel ball bearing have done the job for me. Drop in the ball bearing, add some thinner, close the lid and then shake.

And then transfer the paint to a dropper bottle so you don't have this problem again.

Try breaking up the paint up with a sharp object, adding a little bit of water or alcohol, stirring it, and then add more water until it's the consistency you like.
