Crisis Suites is a chain of very nice hotels around the Damocles Gulf, I highly recommend their deluxe rooms and the room service is phenomenal.

Their valets though are bad, but well worth it if you like watching a drone try to park a Land Raider in between two Falcons.

I think they can only fire one at a time unless they have an upgrade that states otherwise.

Yes, but how many suites can they fire? I mean, it would make a far more effective weapon, especially if they come with a minibar.

Also, sigged.

I'd also like to recommend their services. Excellent place to stay if you're visiting the eastern galaxy.

A good question. All that I know is that you NEVER want to be in the rooms that say, 'this side towards enemy' on the window.

Crisis Suits are Jump Infantry. Codex Tau Empire

Jump Infantry shoots like Infantry. Rulebook, page 52

Each Infantry model can fire one weapon. Rulebook, page 15, third paragraph.

Thus Crisis Suits can fire one weapon.

A Crisis Suit can be given a Multi Tracker that allows it to fire two weapons. This is an exception provided by the Tau Empire codex.

A lot of this is incorrect. Tau have JET packs, not Jump packs, which has a different set of movement rules, and grants them relentless.

1. Jet Packs.
Crisis Suits are indeed equipped with Jet Packs, but that is not what I said....now was it?

Look up. I said that they were Jump Infantry.

Lets have a quick look in Codex Tau Empire, shall we.
On page 34 we see that Crisis Suits are indeed Jump Infantry.

Why not take a look in the rulebook as well.
On page 52, we look at the Jump Infantry entry. Here we learn that "some jump infantry are equipped with a special type of jump pack, referred to as a jet pack".

So we see that the statement that Crisis Suits are Jump Infantry is completely correct.

2. Different set of movement rules

Indeed models equipped with Jet Packs have a different set of movement rules compared to models with Jump Packs.

What did the OP ask about?
If you don't remember you can scroll up...I'll wait.
Back again? Good.
You have of course by now realized that the difference in movement rules have ZERO impact on how many weapons a Crisis Suit can fire in a turn.

That is why I didn't bring it up.
Why did you feel a need to do so?

3. Relentless

Lets look in the rulebook again.
On page 76 we see the rules for relentless.
Could you please be so kind as to point out which part of the Relentless rule that changes how many weapons a model may fire?

All the weapons that a Crisis Suit can be equipped with are Assault weapons, except the Plasma Rifle which is Rapid Fire.
So the number of shots a Plasma Rifle can fire is indeed affected by the Crisis Suit having a Jet Pack (none of the other ones are though), but that isn't what we are talking about.

We are talking about the number of weapons that a Crisis Suit may fire. And looking at that, you'll see that my original post is not only completely correct, but also explains why it is so.

TLDR;

Please, clarify what the heck you are talking about.

For one, how about you dial back your attitude a bit. You can get your points across, without being near as rude as you are.

I guess you're right, Your points are correct. I just felt like adding they had Jetpacks, which a lot of players miss. The guy is clearly new, and if he doesn't know that Crisis suits can fire more than one weapon with MTs, then he might not realize they have Jet Packs, Saying they are Jump Infantry, without adding they have Jet Packs, can be a little misleading, since they do follow some different rules.

Still how about you handle the situation a little bit better next time, than acting like some kind of Zealot.

It is exactly because I also saw him as a new player that I chose to leave the other irrelevant bits out.

I handled it just how I felt like.
How about you don't start with "a lot of this is incorrect" when that is far from the truth.

I stated that you were right, in my last post. There is nothing wrong with adding extra information. Even if is is irrelevant to the question at hand, doesn't mean that it may not help out the poster.

Whatever you "Felt like" is not an excuse to be rude. It makes you like like a child. If you can't conduct yourself in a polite way, then perhaps you should take some time to cool down. Remember Rule #1

Crisis suits can fire one weapon unless you give them a multi tracker(?) best taken as hardwired.

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.
