Made up this list for my wife who likes the new VC let me know what you think List 1 Master Necromancer -level4 -Black Periapt -Ironcurse Icon 260 Necromancer -Dispel Scroll 90 Necromancer -The Cursed Book 100 Vampire -Quickblood -Sword of Striking -Enchanted Shield -Dawnstone -HA 184 20 Zombies 60 37 Ghouls 370 6 Crypt Horrors 210 Terrorgheist 225 1499 They ghouls and horrors in the front, vamp in with the ghouls, necromancers in the zombie bunker behind them. Terrorgheist can help protect things that may get around the wall of ghouls and horrors. She could always raise dead and create a new unit of zombies to protect a flank, with multiple IoN it would get big quite fast. Automatically Appended Next Post: After posting this list I did some thinking and I think if I dropped a necromancer I could boost the vamp and remaining necro to level2s. The necros and vamp will mostly be spamming IoN, which probably would be 2 diced and doing that with 3 characters is going to leave the level 4 with little dice so I came up with these 2 lists that are similar: List 2 Master Necromancer -level4 -Black Periapt 255 Necromancer -level2 -Dispel Scroll 125 Vampire -Quickblood -Sword of Striking -Enchanted Shield -T. of Endurance -HA -Level2 224 20 Zombies 60 40 Ghouls 400 6 Crypt Horrors 210 Terrorgheist 225 1499 List 3 Master Necromancer -level4 -Black Periapt -Ironcurse Icon 260 Necromancer -Level2 -The Cursed Book 135 Vampire -Quickblood -Shield -Level2 -Dispel Scroll -Dawnstone-HA 226 20 Zombies 60 37 Ghouls 370 6 Crypt Horrors 210 Terrorgheist 225 1496 I like The Cursed Book a lot, giving up 1-3 dice is a small investment as long as you don't roll a 1 for the result, and it puts your opponent in a position of having to decide to spend 3 dice to dispel some of the 10+ results you can get. Though in the 3rd list the vampire is not as durable

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

All lists have far too few core.
Try and add another 40 or so zombies.

The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that. |

Thanks for the advice. Would more ghouls work? Here is the plan for deployment below
...........CHCHCH..Vggggggggg
...........CHCHCH..gggggggggg....TG
...............................gggggggggg
...................nzzzn..gggggggggg
...................zzzzz...g
...................zzzzz
...................zzzzz
...................zz
So I think the abbreviations are self explanatory. As for more core that is going to come through raise dead which can be used to create a unit to cover the left flank then 2-3 casters casting IoN, so turn 1 or 2 the level 4 raises on average 10 zombies, and every turn lets say 2 IoN go through lets average it out to 2x(number of IoN) 2D6+3(average of level 4 and level 2, the extra D6 for being zombie targets) by turn 3 that zombie bunker that started 20 strong is now 80 strong and that summoned zombie unit on the flank is in range of the necromancers so lets say it's 30-40 strong, plus IoN is constantly healing the ghouls and crypt horrors and if the crypt horrors or ghouls do manage to take such a beating they crumble then that zombie bunker is going to be hell to take down. Meanwhile the TG is still doing it's thing.
