In personal opinion i like the mechanized route but this is hard. Mainly because it cost a lot to go mech. I also wanted to try non-mech. So, any list works i want it to be good vs necrons and eldar

If you want to go non-mech with Blood Angels, you probably want to go Jump Infantry/Descent of Angels. Field two big assault marines squads, each with two meltaguns and a power fist on the sergeant. Take something awesome (that can take jump packs) and an awesomely elite squad to go with it - Reclusiarch and Death Company, Librarian and Sanguinary Guard (or ordinary Honor Guard), whatever. No Baals! You want as much of your army taking advantage of Descent of Angels as possible, and anything sitting on the board on Turn One is going to die before the rest of your army drops on Turn Two.

Here's the thing: my impression is that the weakness of foot in the current environment - ESPECIALLY the uber-shooty Necrons - is that it gets blown to pieces before it can engage. This is doubly true of a largely assault-heavy army like the Blood Angels. Descent of Angels lets you bypass that somewhat by dropping your army behind cover, or even right up your opponent's nose, where he can hurt you, but probably can't kill you before you kill him.

So, yeah. Descent of Angels. Kid tested, mother approved.

I play a mech army, and I haven't played against the new Necrons yet, but based on my reading of the codex I would guess DoA would match up better against Necrons than mech BA, especially if Imotekh is involved. I'd rather take D6 S8 AP5 hits against an Assault Squad, losing a Marine on average, than against the AV11 side armor that every vehicle in my list except the Furiosos has. The Necrons also don't have much that ignores FNP, and Scarabs are worthless against vehicleless DoA lists.
