This upcoming tourny will be my 1st time using this list, so I probably will not do fantastic and ive only played one other game using Necrons. Here's what im thinking:

Trazyn with a veil of darkness cryptek joining a powerfull unit such as Deathmarks. Ill probably have 2 Royal courts so that a Mind shackle Lord with warscythe and resorb joins the unit as well. This unit will have good mobility due to the veil and will be able to capture objectives because of Trazyn. Trazyn is also good against hordes and high model count units because of Emphatic obliterator. If they have to charge a vehicle, the lord has the best chance to immobilize or destroy and its mind shackle scarabs can hopefully deal with single powerfull characters such as Mephiston, Daemon princes, Trygons etc.

Nemesor with the same cryptek and lord all joining Deathmarks. I could use Obyron in this list for his built in veil, but im thinking of points getting too high. Nemesor's ability to give units special abilities is pretty awesome and ill want mobility so that he can see enemy units to take away their special abilities. The nominated enemy units from the deathmark's special rule will carry over to cryptek with the abysall staff, but what about the independant characters also, will they benefit from it as well?

For Troops id get 5-9 warriors and a ghost ark and if I had points left over, give them a cryptek with Eldritch lance. The 2nd troop choice would be 10 immortals with Tesla carbines. So the best targets would be vehicles for the warriors and infantry for immortals. Id like to put the immortals in a Night Scythe but there is no model for it.

For Fast options I only have 2 Heavy Destroyers and 5 bases of Scarabs. Again I have no appropriate models for Wraiths. I can get more scarabs via by getting more warriors and probably pick up a reg. Destroyer. Both units would be hunting vehicles.

Heavy choices im kinda screwed too because im lacking the models. Otherwise I might go with 2 spyders to support the scarabs. I could pick up 3 Annihilation barges if I have points left over.

So after dumping a lot of points into the special characters, royal courts and elite troops they will be joining, im trying to get multiple small units with certain purposes. Im hoping that with the two Special character units hopping around, they will survive the whole game while whittling away at things. Last turn they can hopefully deep strike and run to capture objectives or contest. The only real list im worried about is hoard lists, but there probably wont be too many in this tourny, if at all. I may bring some extra crypteks and form 2 royal courts outright and give them the ability to mess with deep strikers.

So far I know Grey Knights will be showing up ( most likely ). Id love to hear any restructering ideas, strategies and tactics.

Might be easier for people to comment if you put your army list in a more easy to read format. Ex:
