A little light on troops. Lash sorcs run in berzerker rhinos. Terminators footslog along behind plague marine rhino to lend them some close combat support and lay down some reaper fire to pop light armor. Raptors deep strike to pop heavy armor or use icon homer to aid rushing berzerkers.

just a few things:
your plan is a little off i think, footslogging termies and shocking raptors? i'd just do it the other way around, termies are to slow to keep up with the rhinos, raptors are not.
defiler seems out of place, i'd drop it.
why no combi-meltas on the termies? with spare points from the defiler you could easily afford them.
princes are much better, looking at what you get for just a mere few points more -> drop the sorcerers!

Lash on sorts isn't reliable now thanks to the faq, you're better off with wt princes or lash princes.

Sorcerers have the same ballistic skill as princes or lords, so no less reliable with the new lash faq. It works on a 2+. I like the lash sorcerers, I can stick them in my rhinos with the berzerkers and they are always in position to help the berzerkers get a charge. With a prince you have to worry too much about cover or being in rapid fire range.
The list is just an experiment. Mainly because I have been working on my terminators and raptors. I want to try them out together.
I played a game last night against necrons with it. The terminators did okay, I didn't lose any of them. They added some reaper fire that took out the ctan, and one unit killed some wraiths in CC, aided by a unit of 2 oblits.
The raptors lost me the game, well it ended in a draw. It was the kill point mission so not the best mission for this army with it being full of min sized units. One unit of raptors deep striked within 3 inches of a monolith, hit it with melta once and rolled a 4 on two dice for penetration! They then promptly got eaten by canoptek spiders. The other raptors landed 10" off and ended up being killed by a destroyer lord.
All together I lost a sorcerer, a unit of berzerkers, a rhino, and two units of raptors. He lost a unit of warriors, wraiths, scarab swarm, ctan, and flayed ones.
It was a fun list, but too many points in the termies and raptors, for too little payoff.

Sorry, but I don't like the terminator units. They won't really be able to do much besides pew pew, and if all you want is autocannons, take havocs. The Raptors aren't as good as you're imagining they are. They'll likely deep strike, and be wiped out rather quickly, without doing much. The rest seems alright. A couple things I've found... Raptors work best in units of ten, preferably with an IOCG or a MON, maybe even a MOS. You need those extra bodies to protect the melta fellows. If you're running MSU terminators, use combi-meltas, since you can pew pew then the turn they Deep Strike. If shooting isn't your style, chainfists work well, as long as you can protect them for a whole turn. In units of five, always give them a icon of some sort, because it's a waste not to. I use something like this: Four guys with either Combi-Meltas and Power Fists OR Lightning claws One Champion with an Icon, a chainfist and either a HF or a Reaper (both are fine, although I typically take the HF if my terminators have lightining claws, and a reaper if they have meltas) Good luck!

The idea of the 3x3 terminator squads was to field reapers, which are a lot more effective than the regular autocannon havocs. They almost never miss with either shot. The terminators also advanced together, so it was more like a unit of 9 in an assault than 3 units of 3. Granted not the best for kill point missions, but for regular missions they work great. I wasn't doing the combi-melta because I want to footslog them behind my rhinos, advancing on objectives while laying down reaper fire.
With the three small terminator units you can split fire too, great for taking out light armor or skimmers. You won't waste any shots. Plus the havocs are weak, die to everything, and waste a heavy support slot that could be used for oblits or defilers.
I do agree with you that the raptors were underwhelming. I will most likely shelve them until they get hit and run back (hopefully). It is a shame because they really are some great looking models.
