It's impressive, in that it feels like an actual city (by layout, at least, if not by density of buildings). A few things do irk me, a bit, though. As bombboy mentioned, the roads being different colors is a touch jarring, as is the slight misalignment of their various stripes, where some of the sections meet. The well-traveled asphalt effects you've got going are great, however, taken individually.

More generally, I'm not a fan of the very soft, feathered look that most of the paver joints and spots of weathering have. If available, airbrushing is an obvious time-saver, but it takes a bit of care, from what I've seen, to avoid things looking unnaturally soft. Roughly echoing your earlier (though unrelated) sentiment, though, "to each their own."

As a side note, I'd try Skippy's suggestion in the future and possibly as a quick edit to your initial post in this thread. Teaser images tend to result in more blog views, if that's what you're after, as well as helping generate more lively discussion in the thread. Won't give anyone a reason to complain, either, whether you think they're justified or not.
