Overall, I'd say the list is an overall good gunline. The only thing that is out of place is the chimera, as the rest of your units will be on foot and splitting your force in two may not be the best idea. I would give the special weapons squad something like plasma guns, meltas, or snipers instead. I would also put in another squad or 2 of basic guardsmen.
Other than that, you have a good solid list set up here,

First, your vet squad seem a bit unbalanced. A lascannon with meltas aren't a good match, more so with Harker. If you were going to use Harker, I'd choose either to go assault or gunline with him. If you wanted to go anti-tank, I'd drop the lascannon and keep the rest, then go with shotguns so your whole squad can assault.
Your special weapons squad isn't bad, theres nothing wrong with 3 grenade lauchers. But I find two flamers and a demo charge to be the most effective, two meltas with a demo charge is pretty brutal too!
Your squad layout is alright, thought I'd go with something other then flamers. I personally find grenade launchers effective for standard squads.
Your executioner is perfect for destroying, well, just about anything.

i have thought about that, and come to the conclution(is that spelled right?), that i will give it to my Company comand squad, for more protection.
PS: is it a good idea to combine my 2 infantry squads? 'cause, thats my new strategy

First, i am dropping the lascannon. i only had it so that i had something against Armour 14 vehicles.
Second, as soon as i get some old veteran bits, i am going to see if shotguns is a possible option. I don't have any shotgun parts at the moment.
Third, I am going to swap the flamers and grenade launchers, grenades to infantry, and flamers and demo to special.
And fourth and final, LOLs to the executioner.

here is my new list:
Company Command Squad - 105 pts

I would advise against combined squads, as if they need to take a leadership, the entire squad will run.

Man... to bad you made those Missile Launchers. Put it like this... you don't shoot them at AV 14 because all you can do is glance. Because of this, you really end up shooting at the same targets a Str 7 AC would be shooting at... pretty much AV 12. But you still have a single shot vs 2 shots. As for infantry, due to the blast marker for MLs, your now hitting at 33% instead of 50%. When you do hit, your average is 2.5 guys due to the 2" spread, but the Str 4 means on average 1 guy killed before armor save. The AC, with 2 shots, gives you one hit, a 2+ wound and 1 guy killed before armor save. That AC is 5pts cheaper to boot.
There are only two heavy weapon options for Guard... LCs for AV 12+ and ACs for AV 12 or less. Everything else is pretty much pure anti-infantry or fluff picks.
Lascannon should be in the CCS, make best use of the BS 4 that you can. Your PCS doesn't need the medic, as thier Orders are kinda ...lacking. Don't give the guys giving the Orders plasma pistols so they kill themselves!
The medic in the CCS is debatible. I would rather give them Camo Cloaks for 20pts for a 3+ Cover save then a medic for 30pts.
For Harker, that build if fine and makes perfect sense for an attacking version of that squad. But you said you wanted to make a gunline. For a Gunline version, I would go 3x Plasma guns and lasguns with Demolitions. I would even strongly consider a second heavy bolter and just accept the fact they are a anti-infantry unit. I personally like placing this unit 18" away in cover (using the Infiltrate rules) of a enemy heavy weapons squad and blast away, using them, in effect, as a forward firebase. But I wouldn't do that in a gunline list as your not moving up to support it.
If your going to use the 'Combined Squad' rule for your PISs, I seriously would kit them out properly with a Commissar, Power weapons, and melta bombs. The Commissar means that Orders will get through at Ld 9, the Squad is Stubborn, and thus will not run away when 3 guys get killed. Infact, it will be damn hard to make the Squad to run at all.
Drop the Sentinel. You do not want a vehicle that bolters can take out. Trade it to get a HWS or something else. Either that or go the opposite direction and get a mass of them.
Understand that your Executioner will not be moving to fire it's sponsons. That along with you being a gunline list is fine. But this also means that if a Drop pod lands next to it, it is dead. Same thign with a Vanguard Vet squad, as melee has auto-hits on it. Do not expect this thing, at 25% of your points, to last very long against a decent list.
Just drop the Chimera. The Multi-Laser was fine, and better than the HB because it is Str 6. The hull HB is the thing you look at replacing. If it is sitting back and camping, you leave the HB on it. If it is moving forward and attacking, you replace it with a Heavy Flamer. That is 65pts that could be weapon upgrades, commissars, or even more troops.
Same thing with your SWS, drop it. The build is fine, and I like using that for throwing in a Vendetta... but your not in a Vendetta, your on foot. At Ld 7... with short-range weapons, sitting back.
I would normally throw down a list for ya at this point, but since you have stuff made and you want to use it, I am not going to force you into anything.
Good luck.

@BlkTom i have already made the chimera and sentinel, and since i spent my money on that, im going to use it. 'cause im short on money.
im also mostly going against ork lists with 50% vehicles and space marine lists with lots of scouts, so even though this is a all around type of army, im taking that into consideration.
for that purpose, missile launchers are EXELENT. i have played a bunch of games with IG, models borrowed from a friend, and its the missile launcher that take out all the trukks the orks have.
as for SWS, maybe your right, but i am going to use it to counter close-combat - just in case the Vanguard Veterans tries anything nasty.
and i changed my mind, i wont combine my infantry squads, so no blob commisar.
PS: Plasmas is just BAD long-range Meltas with a habbit of killing its owner.
i only take plasma pistols because the melta pistol isnt invented yet, and i take medics to counter the "killing its owner" part.

I think your list will find you very frustrated, very quickly.
Feel No Pain squads may look good on paper, but their role in your army seems to be to go up against models that ignore FNP to begin with because they're toting power weapons.
Those plasma pistols are a lot of points for single shots of plasma. If you're close enough to shoot your enemies with them, then you'll probably be in close combat next turn.
The Missile Launchers I agree are kind of a waste, but hey, I thought they were cool when I first started too! You can use them as a test - if you're always craving more shots, do Autocannons next, and if you need more power, go with Lascannons.
That Special Weapon Squad is great except you have no way to get the Demo Charge where you want it, so it's more of an area denial weapon now.
At 1000 points, you should either commit to Infantry or commit to Mech, because you don't have the points to do both.
Hope this helps.

it always helps to hear other peoples meanings, even if it isnt what you want to hear.
i have already made company commander with plasma pistol, so im stuck with that, and i wont let him die, therefore a medic.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
what about this list:
Company Command Squad - 105 pts
plasma pistol
medi pack
vox-caster
auto-cannon
Chimera (CCS) - 65 pts
heavy bolter turret
dozer blade
Platoon Command Squad - 35 pts
vox-caster
Infantry squad - 105 pts
grenade launcher
vox-caster
commissar
auto-cannon
Infantry Squad - 65 pts
grenade launcher
auto-cannon
Heavy Weapons Squad - 90 pts
3x missile launchers
Special Weapons Squad - 50 pts
3x flamers
Veteran Squad - 190 pts
gunnery sergeant harker
vox-caster
3x melta guns
demolitions doctrine
Scout Sentinel Squadron - 45 pts
1 sentinel
heavy flamer
smoke launcher
Total: 750 pts
then what should i spent my last 250 pts on?
some veterans? or a platoon perhaps?
with the sudden denial of my executioner, there were alot of points left

Against AV 10, /anything/ Str 5+ is EXELENT. If MLs blew your mind against AV 10, your going to outer space after you fire ACs at them. Holy Hand grenades will be going off if you hit one with a Melta gun... open topped plus a AP 1 weapon for a +2 on the chart? Wowza!
as for SWS, maybe your right, but i am going to use it to counter close-combat - just in case the Vanguard Veterans tries anything nasty
Vanguard Vets, after they Deep Strike in, will shoot a 6 man squad to peices with bolt pistols and then charge the remains using 'Heroic Intervention', not allowing you to do a damn thing. Besides, you /can't/ fire into melee combat or out of it. The only way your plan works is if they stand still for a full turn or charge a unit and wipe it out and are within 12" of your SWS during all of this.
PS: Plasmas is just BAD long-range Meltas with a habbit of killing its owner.
Yet your pushing for medics to cover a plasma pistol...and plasmas in 12" means two shots.
Tell you what... even though you can cut off the hand or the gun and replace it...
Keep your CCS Plasma pistol, keep the medic, and put 3 plasma guns in it. Get some Camo Cloaks or Carapace armor and camp away. Or throw these guys in the Chimera. Use them to move up and support your guys to throw extra fire power against infantry.
Then, get a second CCS with a Lascannon (or throw your Missile Launcher here) with a Regimental Standard and a Vox and use this as your static point to form your line infront of.

ohw, my mind hurts. i have changed my mind so many times, about so many things, in a short amount of days.
first of, it is NOT a gunline IG army. it IS a multi-fuction all-around type of army, for facing anything that is thrown against me. but it doesnt need to be over-competive
i'm now going with your blob commisar idea, thanks for that
i'm KEEPING my missile lauchers. you maybe think they're bad, but i think they are badass.
i'm dropping my executioner.
i'm keeping my special weapons squad, but changing tactic, thanks for the warning.
and i'm taking your 2 CCS 's idea, thanks for that.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
my new army:
Company Command Squad - 185
colonel straken
3x las pistol
regimental standart
vox-caster
heavy flamer
Company Command Squad - 135 pts
plasma pistol
medi-pack
3x plasma gun
Chimera (Plasma CCS) - 65 pts
heavy bolter turret

Platoon Command Squad - 55 pts
vox-caster
lascannon
