I like the stealth effect on the last pic. very nice. The overall paint scheme seems a little gritty and industrial for Tau, but if that's the look you were trying to achieve, well done. It's just not something I'm used to seeing on them.

Ya, I think I matched the color to the grass pretty well. This is the look he wanted and he is very happy with it, so I cant comment on it to much.

I'm liking the look of that stained metal, dirty armour's not a common sight among the Tau. I love the effect you did on the stealth suit, looks really awesome.

But it looks like you just hit your models with a wash and called it a day. Why don't you try and go a step further, adding highlights to the areas where the light source would strike?

purty colour scheme, pretty cool choice of colours.

I only think that you should un-thicken your paints and take out the mold lines.

The stealth-effect is a really nice idea and well done. I have to agree with FarSeer about the higlighting though.
What I do not like is the appearance of the base. The grass is ok and the sandy undercoat as well, but I think it would do good to paint the black
parts of the base in this light beige as well.
By the way, it's nice that you paint an army for a friend, I don't have the time to get my own painted ;-)

Honestly I prefer the presidential, I can never find anything in the stealth suite.

I noticed that, too. FW shoulder pads go on left side.

Other than that, not a bad job on the Crisis and FW. Not a big fan of the Stealth Suit's paint scheme. Stealth field effect is nice, but I think you need a bit more color contrast on the suit itself. Maybe add a dark gray on the armor plates?

The shoulder pad is not just on the wrong side, it's on the wrong side and backwards. The more tapered end goes toward the elbow.
