i was wondering if you can have your nobs that are leading squads of shoota boyz have more than just slugga's and power klaw's, cause i would like to have my nob leaders with kombi-type-weapons and with a power klaw and was wondering if this is allowed, cause i know regular squads of just nobz can just not sure about ones leading shoota boy and slugga boy squads. and was also wondering if you give your warboss mega armour can he not have any weapons? cause it sounds like that in the codex.

Not got my codex to hand so I cant really help with your second question but I recently discovered that Kombi weapons are for Nobz Squadz only, they cannot be taken by a Nob leading another squad.

Which is a shame since I'd already made one with a Kombi Weapon but tis the rules as stands, though it would be cool for them to have the option.

Yes. The Nob can alternatively take either a shoota or big shoota as they can purchase the squad options before becoming a Nob. See: GW FAQs.

No, is not allowed outside of the Nob Squad.

Mega-Armour comes with its own set of weapons.

As mentioned, the Nob in a boyz mob can have the same upgrades as the boyz themselves, so you can have a rokkit lobbing PK Nob leading the unit. Just remember that if he has one, it counts towards the squad cap on the weapons.

And re read the wargear of the Mega Armor. It comes with a TL shoota and a PK. And I usually run my warboss in Mega Armor. Youd be surprised how much ass a MegaBoss can kick

A Battlewagon with a Killkannon has a capacity of 12 models, so up to 6 Mega Armoured Orks may be embarked. However, as per pg 98, a BW with a KK cannot be the Dedicated Transport for the Meganobz.

A Warboss must exchange his Slugga and Choppa for Mega Armour, so he will not have the options to replace those weapons. He can still take the remaining wargear, although I think 'Eavy Armour would be wasted.

Besides, the Killkannon is mostly a waste of points on a BW anyways. If its a dedicated transport, youll be moving and ramming vehicles anyways, therefore you wont be shooting it. And if its a gun wagon, its only 24 inches, and doesnt really mesh with the other weapons, as gun wagons typically run x4 bigshootas and a kannon (not a kill kannon mind) because they all shoot at 36 inches and can be fired if the vehicle moves 6 inches or less

You can still embark the MegaNobz on a Battlewagon with a Killkannon, it just has to come from the Heavy Support FOC and not as their Dedicated Transport. For what it does at it's points, I think 5 Lootas do better.
