Sure, there are a couple of ways this could happen.

1. Blessed equally by all 4 major gods. Like Lorgar, as mentioned.

2. Blessed by a minor warp god, like Malice, Necoho, or any of an infinite number of Chaos gods that are not quite on the same level as the big 4.
