If an Autarch joins a squad of Dire Avengers with an Exarch with the Bladestorm power, and the Autarch has a non-Avenger Shuriken Catapault like a missile launcher, can he also fire one extra shot if the Exarch uses Bladestorm? Just wondering.

Autarchs benefit from exarch abilities, so yes, it could work with any shuriken weapons.

But what if it's not a shuriken weapon?

It also quite plainly states this in the codex under the ability.

Hence why I have multiple Autarch models (the one with missile launcher is on a bike), the ones with catapult or pistol are free to join the Avengers.
