So, these rules are allegedly free. I can't find them on the WF site any more, though.

The only place online I've had any luck finding them has been at The Warstore. Unfortunately, though, the rules are ALL I want. At TWS, you've got to add the free rules download into your shopping cart to have them send you a link after check out. It won't let you check out with just the rules, though, because you have "no items in your shopping cart."

I bought a bunch of these models, pre-painted, at a gaming flea market/bazaar this weekend because I really liked the way they looked and were painted. I thought it would be cool to check out the rules for them.

Does anyone have a copy of the free pdf they could send me or know where I can download one myself?

Thanks in advance.

Eric

If you get a copy let me know as I've wondered myself about them a few times. I've got a bunch of various near future and Post-apoc figs as well as a ton of rebased heroclix gangers, cops, mafia and civies that would fit well into that meliu.

Someone once said that the rules have a mechanic that explains why many of the street violence packs have one figure that is taller than the rest. I'd like to read through them if only to verify/disprove that one!

If you email TWS, they may just send you the link. They're supposed to be top knotch in the CS department.

I plan on emailing them if I don't get any help, actually. I was just hoping against hope that the rules might be "out there" somewhere and we could get the word out on where to locate them.

I've got the old Grenadier "Future Warriors" rules - never heard of the Foundry set.

Is Future Warriors any good? I was looking into those, too.

I've been toying with throwing together a hybrid rule set for me and my friends that you can learn in about 30 minutes. I want to incoporate a number of things, including xp and warband generation, but not make it too complex. Blackwater Gulch has some great inspiration in their system, I'm looking into Mordheim for ideas, and I wanted to look at S.V., too. Heck, if they're good enough rules, I'd just use them outright.

Basic, skirmish level rules for grunts, bosses and units of trained troops.

Various files around the net for "Aliens", "predators" and so on (for use with Mark Copplestone's Alien Hunters) so AvMvP games are quite easily done.

Have you tried Wastelands Meltdown? It's a bit more post-apoc, but sounds like it has what you're looking in terms of ease of use, warband generation and a campaign system and it's free. We've enjoyed it at our club.

The host for the rules is down, but shoot me a PM and I'll email you the rules.

If yu email Marcus marcus@waramessfounry.com he should have a copy, I know they have several, if not drop me a line on the FB https://www.facebook.com/FoundryArena/ or https://www.facebook.com/Foundry.Minatures and I will see about grabbing one. I think I have a digital copy. I am aware Marcus has several versions and they are in the process of uploading files to the site.

Thanks, guys.
Sorry for the delayed response. Had a bit of a health issue that had me out of commission for a week. Getting back caught up, now. I will get in touch.
