This set says it contains an uruk-hai drummer but I can't find any rules for it in the fallen realms soucebook, does anybody know where I can find some rules or is it supposed to represent something else?

Not sure, but in the Kingdoms of Men book, the rules for war horns are located in the "Choosing Your Forces" section.

I believe somewhere it says that any model may be given a Warhorn for X points and that Drums count as Warhorns for this purpose.

The fallen realms book doesn't say anything about drums representing warhorns and no uruks have the option for a horn.

Its for War of the Ring, and being that there is no War Horn option for the Uruk-Hai warriors or Scouts its a useless model in SBG games.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

You may find it in the Mordor book - they have two sets of drummers - Black Guard (Uruk Hai) and Orc Drummers.

It could work as a proxy for an allied model, but still I believe once they release an FAQ or if playing a friendly game.

This is also a huge frustration for me as I already have been modding models for these. The war horn gives all allied models on the board +1 Courage, which is HUGE in SBG and the movement bonuses for Drummers are also essential kit for every army. I was stunned and a little more than annoyed that the Isenguard Uruk-hai were snubbed f both pieces of equipment. Here are mods I'm working on anyway:

Yes, it pains me too as my Easterling Drummer and Horn Blower have been removed from use in SBG ): still those are some excellent conversions,

The Easterling war drum is on page 44 of the new Fallen Realms SBG book under Easterling Kataphrakt and only costs 15 points.

Every army should have access to drums and horns because their advantages are so huge.

I don't have Kataphrakts, they were converted Easterling Warriors, and I've no real intention in Kataphrakts as my Morgul knights do a good job.

just get the one kataphrakt in your easterling force in order to supply the drum. Easy.
