While the Chap makes the termies really killy, you don't want them *too* killy. 12
LCs all hitting & wounding on the charge will prolly clear an enemy unit, and with only 3
TH/
SS termies, some concentrated AP2 fire will put the hurt on 'em. I'd take out the chap completely, for another
TH/
SS termie and points spent elsewhere.
If you're totally in love with the chap being in with "Litanies of Hate" (the word liturgies is not quite right, unless it means something different in the
UK
), at least swap him for a power armored Chap who can Sweep Advance those necrons you'll be facing.

Switch out the
SB for EA points. You want the
LRC to get where it's going, and deliver those termies, so EA is very important.

Talk to the
TO today and ask if it's okay to proxy the sgts as Pfisted and the flamers as meltaguns. Pfists help out a lot with h2h and assaulting vehicles. And you'll want
MGs to deal with Necron Quantum Shielding and the rest of the Mech-heavy meta you'll encounter.

Keep it.

Flamer out. Got plasma pistols? Got the Pfist? Put 'em in if you can.
As far as the Drop Pod:
Tac squads are not hardy enough to survive if you put it right in the enemy's grill. If you're going with a tactical, Deep Strike in a position to use a Turn or three to get into a good place.
LoS-blocked would be ideal for the tactical.
Better: a dread with
MM and a
DCCW. Or 5
TH/
SS termies.
