Stuff like Holo-fields (##pts), Missile Launchers (##pts), Shuriken Cannon (##pts), Spirit Stones (##pts) is against the rules, just list the upgrades you put on the squad/vehicle and the total cost for it.

I'm assuming that Eldrad is double Guiding the Falcons, but what is the Guide/Fortune Farseer doing? The banshees are good since you don't want to win combat the first turn, otherwise you'll get shot up by the enemy so 5 can be good if used well. Fire Pike is rarely useful, the extra 8" is nice, but if you're gonna drop the squad out, drop the squad so that the whole unit can shoot! If you are really against them having a WS then I guess it's good, but I think that all of your Elites choices could really use Wave Serpents. Foot Guardians with a Brightlance is a really bad matchup, bad BS with high cost. I'd give them a Scatter Laser or an EML with a Conceal Warlock. I would split up the DA into two squads of 5 and put them in Falcons simply to make the Falcon a scoring unit and then drop the Rangers. Keeps you at 3 troop choices, but saves you points and you don't get stuck with crappy troop choices =P If you're gonna take Warp Spiders I'd at least take 7 to get enough shots out to matter and keep the squad around. Obviously that all changes you to a Mech Eldar, from Mixed, but all of your foot choices are very short ranged (12" or melee) which makes me think they're gonna get shot up pretty quick.

Also for gearing out the Wave Serpents, I think you blew way too much on it. Shuriken Cannons or EMLs with the extra SCannon upgrade are the best options for weapons if you ask me. Spirits stones are a must, Vectored and Star engines might save you in some situation, but I don't think they're worth it. Star Engines can be fun if you want to surprise an enemy when coming out of reserve, but generally that's 15 points I want elsewhere!

That is very helpful and thanks for the info about the rules for dakka. Unfortunetly until I get get some more money I can't add that list is every thing I got minus one walker so that's all I have to move arround.
With the guardians weapon platform a d cannon good or bad choice? I had put a warlock w/conceal with them by thought a 5+ inv was not worth the points but now that I look back instance death would not happen.
Warp spiders are on my list to purchase for a squad of 10.

The falcons are going to be my apc that pack a punch and they will be carting along one squad of dragons and the banshees while theother dargons stay back and wait for a ride. I haven't played with this list so I don't know how affective it is if. At all but I do thank you for your Intel and I will def use it

You can't take Dcannons on Guardian squads, sadly. If you are gonna use Guardians I'd really stick with SLasers and EMLs like I said.

If you REALLY wanna take a Falcon as an APC I'd put on EML instead of Scannon. I know Scannon is the cheap choice, but with Fire Dragons you know you're gonna want to get in close on the enemy. So I move it 12", let the FD pop the vehicle and the Falcon still shoot it's SCatapults and EML Plasma as defensive weapons (S4) and fire the Pulse Laser as primary weapon, so 2 TL shots, a small pinning AP4 blast, and 2 high powered shots to try and knock out some more troops.

Edit: the other option most people don't use but depending on the army you're coming up against is possibly to use Star Engines so that you can drop out the troops, have them blow something up, and then have the Falcon guard them. But unless you're gonna go up against a gunline it usually won't help as they'll be more spread out.

I'm sorry but what the hell is eml. If scatter lasers are that good ill use those over bright lance in most cases but the ultimate thing is trial and error since I have yet to play a freaking game yet its killing me

EML should be yellow text on the website, if the website highlights a letter like that you can hold your cursor over it for it to display possible meanings. But EML = Eldar Missile Launcher. Our plasma missiles are pinning which might not help often, but if you're facing IG they're amazing haha
