Would anyone find issues of me using a contemptor dreadnought as a normal rifleman? Will it be considered modelling for advantage? Discuss.

Rifleman?
If you mean just a standard dreadnought (as your title says) I would have no problem with it. The contemptor is a little bigger but it's not ridiculously different, and even if it was, modeling for advantage is technically legal.

As long as it's on the normal dread base (which it should be), I don't think most gamers would have a problem with it. I'm a bit biased though as that is also exactly what I plan to use mine as in most games. I did an informal poll at my FLGS and no one raised an issue. The model is taller by about a third but frankly that puts you as the owner at a disadvantage more than anything since its harder to get a cover save with the dread due to the extra height. YMMV.

Shouldn't be an issue. I find more issue with the fact that you're taking rifleman dreads than the fact that you're using a contemptor to fill the role.

I think its a perversion of the dreadnought, such a noble creature, stripped of its ability to crush skulls in a big ole fist... I just think they are unfluffy and overused, otherwise they are fine
