I saw this gem on Sunday via Netflix and laughed my ass off. It's a bit gory but tons of fun.

Over all a good watch.

A really funny movie, the first half especially is hilarious.
“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”
Adam Smith, who must have been some kind of leftie or something.

I just watched it a few weeks ago (in a film vest which also included The Big Lebowski, Being John Malcovitch and The Muppets Treasure Island) and it was pretty well made for the premise. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the film that its parodying (oddly there's no reference to this on the wikipedia page, but it does parody another scene for scene), but it does it damn well. ^^

Thus why I mentioned Cabin Fever. Its so terrible that you can get some decent laughs out of it, though only if your drunk. Though alcohol would allow you to put an evil hillbilly subtext into any film though. =P
