So I have played a few games with this list. It doesn't do bad but it can be tough to play as is any real elite type army. It is purely a fun army that follows fluff but wanted to try to make it work with the C:SM book. I think it can be semi competitive at least around where I play. Well here you go.

Khan: Moondrakken

LR: Extra Armor
Vindicator: Shield

Basically I hold the LC terminators in reserve to outflank. Expensive but very fun to do. I might also hold bikes in reserve not sure, depends on deployment, mission and other player. The typhoons sit behind the LR to get cover with the Vindies to help provide some AT and Hard infantry killing. The libby rides with the other squad of terminators in the LR. If it gets blown up at least they all have 3++ saves while walking across board. Well what do you think? Fun huh?

Loosing combat tactics for outflank is not a good idea for a bike army.
Khan should have his command squad and 2 raiders is excessive.

How about a Vulkan bike list as they tend to have termies and bikes?

Its not really a bike army. Its supposed to be a doublewing army. Khan is really only there for the outflanking ability. I don't want to get into CC with him. I don't like to get into CC with biuke as they seem to die and do nothing in return. How are 2 LR's excessive. One is not even going to be on the field until at least turn 2, probably later then that even.

Vulkan is so over done and he doesn't fit what I am trying to do. What does Vulken provide to bikes? Nothing really. Unless they take meltas and as you can see mine have plasmas.

What are you mainly playing against?

Everything. I don't build to play against one army or the other. My LGS has pretty much everything under the sun.

Sounds like this list would work good. I like the outflanking Terminators.
