Please note that the packaging was very poor (Warmachine miniatures were not wrapped in anything in a small flat rate box. They were freely moving around in the box when I received it which is very disconcerting.)
He had also neglected to include all items the first time, but did make the effort to ship out the rest of the items I ordered when I emailed him about the missing units. For the second shipment, I received them in a bubble mailer which seems to be better, but there was still one unit missing.
He attempted to locate the unit on his end, but was unable to do so and has refunded me the cost of this unit.
Regardless of this, gak happens so I'm giving him a +1 since he has followed through/made amends on every mishap.

Replied really fast to all questions and got the package out damned fast. So fast that I didn't know what the 30 pound box on my door step was until after I really thought about it; it just didn't seem possible!

I would like to give this shipper a better grade. The product was shipped quickly and packaged well. However the wrong bases were sent. I contacted the seller and was told that the bases got mixed up (bought the HE from the IoB set). No big deal, offered to ship them. Mistakes happen I can more than understand that. I asked a few days later on the progress and was told they were shipped. This was on June 14th, today is July 3rd. I have sent a handful of messages to seller and received no response. I even told him if I get the bases, even though they are very late I'll leave positive feedback. Still nothing. Also I bought the HE back in April.
