Apparently, the movie is about Nazis who moved into space to escape defeat in WWII, then in the future they return with a space fleet. I think the writers/directors took it seriously, but I can't tell.

I think that there may have been a thread on this when it was just getting off of its feet. Is it still following its black comedy root, or has this changed since? I think I'll stay away from it despite my early positivness towards it mostly because the local nazis are saying good things about it (and yes I do mean of the skin head variety in this case), even if they don't really get the tongue in cheek nature of it.
