Yes, you can Deep Strike Land Raiders. Most people will can it stupid, but I personally wouldn't want one of those things landing next to my lootas

I for one would love for it to deepstrike near my meltaguns, chainfists, demolisher cannons, dreadnoughts, or anywhere where it could mishap (IE - EVERYWHERE)

Deep striking Land Raiders is the dumbest thing in that codex. It's not particularly good, and the chance to just whiff and mishap a 250+ point tank is the worst.
