If you were offered by any one of the chaos gods with an opportunity to become a daemon prince, would you take it? if so what would your form be and which god would you choose?

(a bit off topic question: i heard that there was a daemon prince that took the form of a dragon, which daemon prince was that?)

Hell yea I would take it. I would be a chaos undivided prince who looks like the one GW sells.

I would be a Slaaneshi one with lots of various arms, some of which were claws and others were crab claws or talons. I'd also have awesome wings. And maybe a really big motorcycle if Slaanesh could make it.

No I would not! For Emperor and Imperium!

Also I believe that the dragon is a khornate daemon prince. Of course, I base this on basically nothing (The only dragon as a daemon prince I have seen has been khornate)

Immortality? Hell yeah, I'd go for it. I am way too curious to pass up on such a chance.

I was thinking either Slaanesh or Tzeentch, but the latter's scheming can be a bit too much and it's not like Slaanesh cannot manipulate at all, anyways. Plus, things like arrogance, pride, lust and lure are excellent means to control people. In addition to that, I could probably retain a somewhat human form, just ... hmm, growing in size, getting obscenely long hair, a dark blue/grey'ish skin, and a suit of luxuriously decorated armour. I guess a tail and claws might be cool as well, for the daemonic look. Maybe pitch-black eyes on top of it!

At first I'd try to carve out a domain to lord over, convinced that I can be a just and fair ruler, finding a balance between the former corrupt society and the sheer evil usually associated with Chaos. Then I'd slowly slip down further and further into becoming some merciless and sadistic tyrant with a very abstract sense of "justice".

Perhaps. PERHAPS.

While being a Tzeentchian Daemon Prince has benefits, there is probably no worse Chaos God to have as your patron.

Nurgle Daemon Princes are grossness, yo.

Slaaneshi turns me into a serious sick feth, I have read Fulgrim, that is some gak I want no part of.

Khornate or Undivided are best.

Compared to the other Chaos Gods, what Khorne wants me to do is just so much more simple and less stressful... Kill the feth out of people. Chaos Undivided probably would leave my mind more intact, but Khorne has the cooler mutations.

YES.... I'm not sure which one though...

Not Tzeentch... I don't wanna be disposed of later...

Nurgle maybe because they're all one big happy family! (Come on papa nurgle? I'd want a dad that was a god!)

Slaanesh, another maybe, I do enjoy having fun........ Legal fun of course ;D

Khorne, closer to a yes, blood for the blood god!!!

Undivided, most likely, I get the best of all worlds! and hopefully a world of my own! eheheh run little mortals!

No, I like being able to think for myself instead of just being an extension of a mindless, gestalt whose actions are dictated entirely by others.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Would have to be undivided for me.

Don't wanna be fat and diseaseey
or a mere pawn to be disposed of later
or a sick
or an insane, blood thirsty, bloodthirster.

Nah, I just wanna relax on some demon world somewhere which I can call my own.

Yes I would.
Undivided all the way; I do what I want!
I'd look a lot like Bela'kor, and spend my time possessing psycers to build cults dedicated to the glory of Chaos Undivided.
When I got board, I'd just use one of my cults to start riots, and just tear stuff up.

Cause the chicks dig it...

Probably. I mean, it's immortality and insane amounts of power. The thought that I could do some good like that would probably lead me to Slaanesh or Tzeentch.

Arguing with some people is like playing chess with a pigeon. You can play the best chess in the world, but at the end of the day the pigeon will still knock all the pieces off the board and then gak all over it.

Hm basically my choices are: I can choose to rot and smell like a sever, I can become a tentacle-rapist, grow a beak or become really angry while I turn into a two legged red dog on goat-hoves.

If you have nothing nice to say then say frakking nothing.

Not how it works.

Daemons, let alone Daemon Princes, are separate, contained bubbles of consciousness that are static, unlike the gods they serve.

Of course.

"The Chaos Gods are not alone in the Warp. They have created servants - Daemons - who are not so closely bound to the Warp. They are separate from the flow of their universe, small pockets of self-contained energy, and do not change with it."

I would be cool with it, if the gods deemed it appropriate (although I think they would reserve a space for me in the "mueliing chaos spawn" section, honestly).

It'd be rewarding, and I doubt my followers would turn on me, or question me. I'd be a chill DP though, and I wouldn't be too mean. Hell, can I be a DP dreadnought? That'd be wicked.

I'd be undivided. Just doing what I want, killing, enslaving then killing again. Mabye get my minions to build a monument of me. When I got really bored with my current slaves, I would find a well guarded fortress and just run my pitiful men at the walls. Those that refused would suffer eternal torture. those that attacked would surely die.

Finally, repeat the above.

Depends on just how powerful a Daemon Prince I become and what exactly I have to do to gain that ascension. I mean, the type of Daemon Prince capable of annihilating worlds would be awesome. Assuming I get to retain free will, it'd be pretty fun to mess with the other Chaos forces (and, of course, go fight some xenos.)

The sheer amount of fun you could have with that sort of power would be amazing. Again though, this assumes that I retain my normal mind and free will. Losing my personality would not be a worthwhile trade.

Could you be an unaligned Daemon prince? Or does the very fact that you're a daemon prince automatically mean you're aligned
