Now that I've hammered out my 2000 point list, I need to work it backwards into a 1000 point army for a team tournament.

The missions are taken from the BRB. However, each player must have a troop within 3" of an objective to claim it and any unit within 3" of an enemy objective to contest it. Additionally, KPs are tracked seperately per player and each team's score is the team's player that has the least amount of KPs.

Ideally, these rules mandate that both players work together to take objectives and have fairly balanced armies in terms of offensive capabilities. One can't individual player can't grab / contest all the objectives and/or do all of the killing.

For my Grey Knights, I am debating between these two lists:

Grey Knights
Crowe
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Dozer Blades & Searchlight
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Dozer Blades & Searchlight
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Total - 1000

Grey Knights

10 Purifiers - 5 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 4 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight

Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo

As for my teammate, he is probably running Blood Angels. His list may look something like this:

First list so you can both sit back if needs be.
I am not sure you have the best combo of armies, I am sure there must be a cheesier way to combine lists. Green and camo tide maybe? But I digress, I like your lists

My buddy does have painted Eldar. His Orks and Chaos aren't painted.I think he wants to field Blood Angels but we aren't particularly sure what to use in 1000 to complement Purifiers.

I like the first GK list and think it will work well with the BA list. You've both got multiple transports, backed up by preds/dreads. Combined it's a really scary army, I think you will do well.
