okay so what i was looking to do here is make a Mega Warboss who specializes in all of the 4 brain boy factions. My opponent suggested i post this, and so i did:
Warboss Gitstompa= 250 points
WS: 5 BS:3 S:5 T:6 W:4 I:5 A:6 LD:(10) 5 SV:6+ INV:3+

wargear:
double jetpack: this gives him the fleet special rule and he counts as jump infantry
Bigga Boss Pole: Can re roll failed morale checks one extra time then with a regular bosspole(at the expense of a boy of course )
waaagh banner: see codex
Kustom cybork job: 3+ invuln save
kustum supa boomstikk: range 12" s6 AP 3 Assault 4
Big choppa with iridium cerrated edge: same rules as a bc bt is a pw, enemies must reroll successful invuln saves, he gets d3 bonus attacks in cc, and all attacks are rending
grot spotter: uses grot BS and can reroll to hit

Special rules:
Furious charge
out wit' a bang: after he recieves his last wound he explodes 3d6", at s7 AP - and every squad caught in the blast must take a pinning test
inspiring presence: gives squad he's equipped to the fleet special rule
Bigga exhaust cloud: same as regular dust cloud inly it has a 6" radius
stubborn
feel no pain
Imposing Figure: all those who attempt to attack him in cc must take a morale vheck first. If failed they get no attacks this turn.
1 Warphead ability: Gork's Rage: s+2 A+1, i+1, and t+1 in a 12" radius including enemies, must be used in the movement phase
Grot scapegoats: at any time a wound is inflicted on Gitstompa, his owning player can choose to put it on one of the grots and disable the ability they're associated with
No seatbelts: on a run roll of 1, 1 of the pilot grots fall of and gitstompa can only run d3 for the rest of the game

I intend to post the fluff soon...somewhere... All commentary appreciated

This is so ridiculous it's on the verge of trolling, I can't even list how over powered this is.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

So he is better than ghazzy but costs 25pts more?

I'm not sure which is more silly your kustom ork or your friends custom marine.

Yeah marine is more op as he has EW.

What if you give the fluff for character first as currently you have an ork that can do everything better than any other ork. Orks aren't like. Ghazzy is the best goff, wazdakka best evil sunz, badrukk best badmoon...

You need to come up with a theme.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

The entire character needs to go: T6? NOPE, A6? NOPE, 3+ Invulnerable save? NOPE.... a str6 ap3 weapon? guess what? NOPE.
The character is just a stupidly OTT .

To make a good special character, take your base HQ statline and a theme... then add standard equipment and 2-3 unique wargear or special rules that stick to the theme you chose.
For example... if this ork is a jump-infantry ork, why the hell does he have T6? he's not supposed to be large and heavy... and why the gun? and how does he keep grots with him?

I'd agree that this needs to go back to the drawing board. Currently he:

Beats all actual ork SC.
Is faster than any other ork HQ
Shoots well (he's an ork, this doesnt happen) with a twinlinked bs3 due to grotz.
Gets upto 10 attacks on charge, rending, pw, extra bonus vs invulnerable
And is a 4 wound, 3+ invulnerable and FNP monster.

Really pick one thing you want him to be good at and focus on that

okay...
-Stats:If hes going to be jump infantry his T needs to go down to 4, if he's gonna stay T6 then justify with mega armor and Slow and purposeful. This would also give him a 2+ and 5++ if i recall correctly. Either way his BS would need to go to like 2.
-Wargear: If you follow my suggestions then the jump pack needs to go.
If kept with necessary changes let it give him fleet i guess. (could be a nuclear powered jump pack...yeah that sounds orky).
Boom stick: make the A.p. 4 or 5 and make the S 5 i guess.
Axe: drop rending, and the re-rolling successful invulns. The extra d3 attacks i'm iffy on. justification is needed.
Grot Spotter: w/out a howda on his back it doesn't really work. would be lol though.
-Special rules:
Out wit a bang: drop the S to 5 and only keep with the jump pack. Not if he has the mega armor. Drop blast radius to d6. Exhaust cloud can keep 6 in. radius.
Drop feel no pain unless there's fluff saying his mega armor is better than smaller runtier orks mega armor and he has mad dok feel good drugs being pumped into him. And then just drop everything below the feel no pain. This hopefully removes some of the Good luck with your kustomizin
