Heyy guys, problem here.

I understand that in an earlier FAQ these two powers "cancelled each other out".

However, going through the current FAQs I can see nothing mentioning what to do when these powers are in effect.

My question Dakka, is how to play this scenario?

Just apply them both. There's no conflict.
